Community Services Program Director - Now Hiring

Mountain Shadows is recognized as one of California's leading providers of services to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
We are currently seeking a full time Program Director to oversee our Tailored Day, Independent Living and Respite Services.
The Program Director will conduct intake assessments, write individual service plans for participants, complete quarterly and annual reviews, ensure quality service delivery to all program participants as well as interfacing with a variety of different entities and individuals such as San Diego Regional Center, Department of Developmental Services, families, employees, etc.
They will also participate in interviewing, selecting and training new employees.
Candidates for this position must meet the following requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services related field requiredPrevious experience providing direct services to individuals with intellectual disabilities3 years of experience supervising and managing othersPrevious case management experience is preferred along with experience working with the Regional Center systemIntermediate/Advanced computer skills including Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience using programs such as Therap and Teams a plus!Must be bi-lingual - English/Spanish Compensation details:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
