The Scheduling/Office Assistant must be a flexible and adaptable team-player, driven, proactive and a self-starter who has strong communication skills.
This position would also assist with office duties, such as front desk items.
Support General Superintendent in planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple projects.
Working closely with clients, vendors, and sub-contractors in regard to project coordination.
Working with the field team to ensure services are delivered according to schedule and contract specifications.
Daily check ins with the field crews.
Working as front desk for walk-ins and any other office items Assisting with scheduling the driver/yard assistant.
Other administrative items as assigned.
Skills candidate must possess:
Attention to detail.
Team player, honest, flexible Good follow through/ follow up.
Able to prioritize and handle several different tasks simultaneously.
Eager to learn! Goal oriented, well organized and able to establish priorities and deadlines.
Must have sense of urgency to get things done.
Bilingual - Spanish and English (preferred but not required) Software Knowledge and Skills Strong level Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams and general computer skills Education and/or
Experience:
2 years minimum experience in Construction scheduling a PLUS We offer paid vacation, sick and holiday time off.
