We work with customers in San Diego, Baja Mexico, nationally, and worldwide through our e-commerce website.
We are a very small, husband and wife led company that needs someone versatile, with a strong work ethic, and great attitude.
You would be only the 5th member of our team.
This is a hybrid role involving shipping and receiving packages, performing some customer service work, making a few around town deliveries, and working with inventory.
We need somebody flexible (within limits) who doesn't mind performing a variety of office and warehouse related tasks.

Requirements:
3 to 4 years general administrative, customer service, purchasing, parcel shipping, or inventory control experience.
2 to 4 years experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar 3 to 4 years experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Experience in a distribution company highly preferred Knowledgeable about packing lists, pick lists, sales orders, invoices, quotes and other standard business forms used by distributors and manufacturers.
Great organizational skills Great attendance is a must Bilingual Spanish highly preferred Basic business math skills and the ability to calculate mark ups, margins, and discounts.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills (speaking, listening, writing) Experience creating labels and tracking packages in the FEDEX, UPS, and DHL shipping portals.
Ability to lift packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Location:
You will work from a small, but nice 2500 Sq.
Ft.
office and mini warehouse in the La Costa Meadows Business Park.
Schedule:
Part time, weekday mornings, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week - some flexibility.
Possibility for full time 40 hours for the right candidate after proven on the job performance.
