10 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Responsibilities - Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office - Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails - Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings - Handle data entry and maintain accurate records - Provide customer support and address inquiries or issues - Assist with event planning and coordination - Transcribe documents and prepare reports as needed - Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents Qualifications - Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role - Proficient in data entry and using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with Google Suite and QuickBooks is a plus - Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively - Strong organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
