Job Description:
A growing high volume Harley-Davidson dealership located in Southern California is looking for a lot technician.
We are willing to pay the right people for quality, efficiency and a team attitude.
We have a great work environment and team to join! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Washing customer vehicles after repairs have been performed Maintaining, cleaning and organizing the Service Shop Picking up and delivering customer vehicles, parts, and customers.
Test ride all motorcycles when required.
Ability to fill out and complete all necessary paperwork.
Ability to assist technicians when needed.
Must have:
Great work ethic and attendance Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement High energy and can-do attitude Team player Commitments:
Treat all employees and customers fairly, courteously, and with dignity.
Model superior customer service behavior for all interactions with customers and employees.
Be prompt and available for flexible scheduling.
Focus on quality and efficient use of time.
Physical Demands:
Requires the use of both hands.
Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, handle tools, and lift up to 150lb.
Frequently requires the ability to balance and push an 800lb.
motorcycle.
Working Conditions:
Frequently works near moving mechanical parts.
Is potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found in a motor vehicle service department.
Occasionally, exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
