A multi-tasking role that communicates with commercial customers, branch locations, Office Manager, and the Executive team.
This position directly reports to the Office Manager.
This role is NOT a bookkeeper nor full charge GL position.
1.
Job Duties include:
a.
Primary responsibility is accounts payables processing.
Ensuring company bills are paid on time, audited for receipt of goods or services, entered into financial system (Sage 100), and scanned for documentation storage.
b.
General office support as assigned by Office Manager.
This includes items such as daily cashdrawer reconciliation, bank deposit check offs, various excel based reports or summaries.
Other misc.
office work included.

Technical Requirements a.
Strong organizational skills b.
Prior office experience preferred (does not have to be of any particular discipline) c.
10 key by touch preferred, but not required.
d.
Competency in basic mathematics e.
Basic to mid-level of Microsoft Excel and Outlook experience.
Proficient to create and manage files without assistance.
f.
Basic operational skills with windows PC operating system.
g.
Able to read, write and speak English with proper structure to accomplish professional communication.

Work well under pressure, handle multiple and changing priorities while remaining calm, professional, and organized.
