About The Role:
We are looking for a reliable Guest Services representative to make a lastingimpression for our guests with friendliness and efficiency to work at Golden Door the World's #1 Spa.
A guest service representative is themain point of contact for our guest, and the ideal candidate will ensure the highest level of guest service and standards are achieved.
The goal is to contribute to an overall pleasant customer experience to increase our reputation and ensure sustainable growth.
The job involves answering calls, booking/cancelling services, greeting guest, and coordinating with other departments.
The agent also acts as a problem solver, resolving any guest concerns in a professional and calm manner.
The agent should be an excellent communicator, organized, computer savvy, detail-oriented and able to handle problems quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Respond to guest questions and associate concerns in a timely, professional manner.
Adhere to all procedures, guidelines, and core values.
Maintain a high level of guest rapport and service.
Maintain a complete knowledge of all Golden Door spa therapies, classes, and boutique products.
Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to all guests and associates.
Manage the daily flow of clients in the spa and aware of who is in the spa at all times.
Know what services our guests are scheduled for and that we as a team are meeting client expectations.
Diffuse unexpected situations or problems pertaining to scheduling errors, cancelled appointments and equipment malfunctions.
Coordinate daily operations with other concierge staff and spa departments.
Skills:
High school diploma or GED.
Customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills.
Must enjoy working with the people and have the ability to calmly and professionally handle conflict, guest issues, or emergencies.
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as schedule requires.
Previous hospitality experience is a plus, must be committed to excellence and providing superior service.
Physical Demands:
