Job Description:
Fieldsheer Apparel Technologies is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and highly detail-oriented Customer Service Representative.
Currently this position is hybrid with three days in office (San Marcos, CA) and two days work from home.
You will join a lean team of creative people who are pioneering the growth of the heated and cooling apparel industry.
Your day-to-day tasks will consist of speaking with our customers, helping them with their orders, educating them on our products, and resolving any issues that may arise.
During the slow season, this position has the opportunity to work on special projects to improve the overall department and company.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, possesses excellent communication skills, and is a willing learner.

30AM - 4:
00PM Monday to Friday Responsibilities Answer a high volume of customer emails, calls, and chats regarding order status, product issues, warranty claims, service questions, and general inquiries.
Make decisions about warranty vs non-warranty issues.
Handle discussing, recording, and resolving mis-ships and shipping claims.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
Enter orders to fulfill approved claims or assist with end-user orders.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every customer.
Impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.
Work with your manager to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Work on special projects during the slow season to improve the efficiency and resources of the department.
Qualifications & Competencies Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers in every situation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to stay organized while multi-tasking Computer literate and competent with business software such as Excel, Google Docs, and Outlook Quite workspace with a strong internet connection for work-from-home days Required Education and Experience Fluent in English Two (2) years of related experience, preferably in an office setting or call center Preferred:
Experience with NetSuite and ZohoDesk/ZenDesk
