Responsibilities:
The receptionist answers phone, sets appointments and follows the directives of the Front Office Manager.
Answers phones Has the ability to carry out a phone intake if necessary.
Greets clients & public Prepares client folders for client advocates when clients arrive Responds to on-line appointments, information requests and sends out appointment reminders Carries out all opening & closing procedures Maintains client confidentiality and a professional quiet while on shift Attends in-service meetings, increasing knowledge of client support and services offered Maintains a reliable and consistent manner of operation Answers door, distributes packages, receives donations and distributes to proper designation Takes all messages and emails person with the information so they can follow-up Records specific stats of calls and appointments Job Type:
