We specialize in direct mail marketing and are located in San Marcos, CA 92069.
We are a collaborative, fast-paced, challenging company and are looking to add an administrative account coordinator to our team.
Our work environment includes casual work attire, relaxed atmosphere, and on-the-job training.
This position will manage the continuity of some of the company's key accounts.
The main responsibilities include overseeing the orders that are submitted by the sales team and seeing them through from submission to completion.
This includes general project management of organizing the orders and jobs, seeing them through to the creative department, entering the orders into the project management software, timeline tracking, communication with client's regarding job status, and like tasks/responsibilities.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, collaborative partnership, and a self-starter mentality focused on proactive behaviors, high levels of organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects with variable deliverables and deadlines.
Direct mail experience is a plus but not required.
We are open to training the right individual that has the willingness and aptitude to learn.
The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, and organized.
Integrity and great communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact of assigned customers.
Renew programs and handle paperwork (e.
g.
invoices, orders).
Respond promptly to customer inquires.
Pass on issues to account managers when needed.
Data entry of order submissions into project management software.
Assist the sales team with various tasks (reports, data entry, creative/production submissions, relaying messages to clients on the phone and electronically, etc.
).
Collaborate with the production team.
Skills:
Proven work experience as an advertising and/or marketing coordinator or similar is a plus.
Work well as a team player and maintain good relationships with coworkers in a close-knit team environment.
Can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and know when to ask questions.
Lead by example and be able to multitask.
Experience as a strong communicator, collaborative partner, and self-starter who is proactive, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with hard deadlines.
Demonstrable initiative, creativity, flexibility, and persistence.
Keep accurate records and ensure work is done on time.
Experience with CRM is a plus.
Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.
Excellent oral, written and communication skills is required.
Excellent understanding of time management, organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under time constraints and prioritize work to meet commitments/deadlines.
Work well as a team player and maintain good relationships with coworkers in a close-knit team environment.
Any experience with geofencing is a plus.
Must have reliable transportation.
This is a full-time position, approx.
6:
30am-3:
30pm Monday - Friday.
